A rope is strung up the tower, and is attached to a Jeep. At the other end of this rope is basically a playground swing – a wood platform with a couple of cables. One of the painters hops on, and a ‘tag line’ is attached to this seat. The Jeep backs up slowly, and up goes the painter.
